Prep
Exfoliate with a loofah or body scrub to remove dead skin cells — this is the single biggest thing you can do for an even, long-lasting tan. Apply a light layer of moisturizer to your feet, ankles, wrists, and elbows before applying, as these areas absorb more product. Wait a day or two after shaving for best results.

Apply
Squeeze a quarter-size amount onto a mitt or applicator and start from your legs, working upward in long sweeping motions. Go lighter on wrists, ankles, and hands — they absorb more readily. Use a back applicator for full coverage. If applying with bare hands, wash them immediately after.

Develop
Wait at least one hour before showering, swimming, or exercising. Your full glow appears beautifully after 6–8 hours. For a deeper shade, apply a second coat after approximately one hour.
