Standard Shipping Times

United States: 5 to 7 business days (depending on state).

Please keep in mind that orders to Hawaii and Alaska take longer to arrive and cannot be expedited. Please allow up to 30 business days for delivery to these destinations.

If an order includes items that are in our international warehouse, the entire order will be shipped internationally, meaning delivery will take 7 to 14 business days.

International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.

Expedited Shipping Times

United States: 5 to 12 business days (depending on state).

Processing Times

Orders may take 1 to 3 business days to process after being placed. Weekends are not considered business days.

Due to high order volume, processing times may occasionally take longer than expected. During peak season, we kindly ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have trouble locating your tracking number, feel free to email our customer service team at any time at hello@officialdollop.com.

Holiday Delivery Notice

Due to high holiday demand, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any orders placed after December 1st. We strongly encourage ordering early to avoid delays.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, deliveries may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors such as international customs processing, carrier delays, and holidays may cause shipping delays that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
