Refund policy

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it as all orders are processed immediately. Please double check all details before completing your purchase. For any assistance, please email hello@officialdollop.com.

For subscription renewals and repeat orders, cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged. Once your payment is processed, the order is in progress at our warehouse and will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This is based on the delivery date shown on your tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at hello@officialdollop.com and we will provide the return address and instructions. Please note that Dollop is not responsible for return shipping fees. Any returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Any claims regarding damaged items must be reported within 10 days of delivery with photo evidence. Without photo evidence, it is at our discretion to handle on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs, including returns made under our 30-day money back guarantee program. The original shipping costs for your order are non-refundable.

Dollop is not responsible for returned packages until they have been delivered to and received by us.

Restocking Fee

All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This means the refund total will be 80% of the subtotal cost of the order.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, misplaced, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us for this reason, a 15% restocking fee will apply and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Risk of Loss

All purchases made on Dollop are subject to a shipment contract. The risk of loss passes to the customer once a delivery has been successfully completed by the carrier. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.

General Information

We are unable to offer refunds or returns if you suspect a product caused an allergic reaction or adverse skin condition. Please review the full ingredient list before purchasing.

All reshipments are final and cannot be exchanged or returned, no exceptions.

Subscriptions

All subscriptions are subject to our standard terms of use, return policy, and shipping policy. To cancel a subscription, you must do so before your next renewal date by emailing hello@officialdollop.com with your order number and a request to cancel. Cancellations must be completed before your payment method is charged. If a cancellation is requested after the renewal date, the current shipment will still be sent, but we will cancel all future orders. For questions or concerns, please reach out to our customer service team.

Free Gifts

We frequently run promotions and offer complimentary gifts as a thank you to our customers. Each order is eligible for a maximum of one free item. While our system may temporarily allow additional free items to be added, only one will be honored per order.

Shipping Protection

Once an order has been processed, the shipping protection fee is non-refundable. This protection covers packages that are lost or damaged during transit only. After delivery, Dollop is no longer liable for lost or stolen packages — responsibility transfers to the customer upon delivery.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to love your experience with Dollop. That is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee — no hassle, no stress.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product has been used no more than twice. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the product has been used more than twice, the return will fall under our standard 10-day return policy.

To be eligible for this program, our customer service team may request photo evidence.

We reserve the right to deny eligibility if the behavior appears abusive or fraudulent, including but not limited to frequent returns, excessive product use with claims of dissatisfaction, or misrepresentation of product condition.

Only first-time purchases qualify for this program. Subscription orders are not eligible.

Policy Amendments

Dollop reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
